Accessibility Statement
Level Point Financial is committed to providing equal access to our services, programs, and facilities for individuals with disabilities. We strive to ensure that our digital and physical environments are accessible, inclusive, and compliant with applicable accessibility laws and standards, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What web accessibility is
We actively work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website and aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines help make web content more accessible to individuals with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor disabilities. While no website can be 100% accessible in every situation, we make good-faith efforts to identify and correct accessibility barriers.
Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content
While Level Point Financial makes good-faith efforts to ensure that its digital content conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, certain portions of our website and digital services may include content or functionality provided by third-party platforms.
These third-party providers may include, but are not limited to, scheduling tools, payment processors, embedded forms, video players, or external links. Level Point Financial does not have full control over the accessibility features or compliance of third-party content.
As a result, partial compliance with accessibility standards may exist in areas where third-party content does not fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA requirements. We actively evaluate third-party vendors when feasible and encourage vendors to provide accessible solutions.
If a third-party component presents an accessibility barrier, Level Point Financial will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative access or assistance upon request.
Accessibility arrangements in the organization
Level Point Financial maintains accessibility accommodations at our physical office location to support individuals with disabilities. Our office includes handicap-accessible features designed to safely accommodate clients using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility-assistive equipment. Reasonable accommodations are available to ensure safe access to our services.
Ongoing Efforts & Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our website, policies, and physical facilities to identify opportunities for improvement and to maintain compliance with evolving accessibility standards, best practices, and legal requirements.
Requests, issues, and suggestions
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website or services, or if you require a reasonable accommodation, we encourage you to contact us. We take accessibility concerns seriously and will make reasonable efforts to provide information, services, or support in an accessible manner.
